Golden Days
Norway x Reader
Drabble/Oneshot
You sat quietly in a wicker chair watching the wheat sway in in the gentle autumn breeze that blew through the wheat fields in the distance. The golden crop seemed to glow against the bright blue sky, it was a beautiful sight, but yet it didn’t manage to please you. Perhaps it was because you had lived on the farm all your life that the beauty of the fields was lost on you.
“Pretty, isn’t it?” A calm, accented voice asked.
You turned your (h/c) head to see the young Norwegian farmhand with his usual dull expression.
You shrugged your shoulders. “I suppose.” You muttered.
“I think you’re lucky.” He informed you as he looked out at the fields.
“Lucky?” You scoffed. “Lukas, if you think being stuck out here in the middle of nowhere is lucky you are dead wrong.”
The Norwegian chuckled softly. “Back in Norway I lived in the city, it was so crowded, I hated it. Out here you have so much space and everything is so calm, it’s not hectic like it was back home.” He stated as he leaned back against one of the beams supporting the porch and took a deep breath.
“I’d prefer a hectic city over this place.” You admitted before letting out a small sigh.
“It’s not all it’s cracked up to be, the city, I mean. It’s not horrible in Norway, but most of them stink, everything’s dirty, and you have to watch yourself and your things so that no one steals from you.” Lukas pointed out.
“Even so, I want to see one! I’ve never been off the farm, all I’ve ever seen is crops and animals, nothing ever changes, it’s tiring.” You pouted, as you pulled your knees up to your chest.
“Do you really want to see one that bad?” Lukas asked as he ran his slender fingers through his pale hair.
You nodded. “Of course I want to see one! I’d give anything to see one!” You announced.
“Anything?” Lukas questioned.
You nodded your head in conformation.
“Then so you want to come back to Norway with me? You can live with me and I’ll show you Oslo.” The Norwegian man asked as he looked at you with his normally dull eyes that now sparkled with anticipation.
“I want to go!” You nearly shouted as a big grin spread across your delicate features.
“I’ve got one condition for you though.” Lukas added hastily. “When you come to Oslo come as my wife.”
“As your wife?” You inquired.
He nodded. “Will you?” He asked.
“I will, but my parents-“ You started only to be stopped by Lukas interjecting with “Don’t worry, _______, I already got their approval.”
You smiled and looked at Lukas whose pale lips had also been turned up into a small grin.
“I love you.” You told him cheerfully.
“And I love you.” He responded as he reached down and seized your hand.

Finland sat in his seat at his table nervously playing with his tie. Across the huge dining room he could see the other Nordics at a table as well. Denmark saw Finland looking at him and gave him a thumbs up. It felt like he had waited hours for you to arrive for your date, but it had only been five minutes. Each second seemed to drag on for hours while his pocket was weighted down with your present. Birthday present to be exact.
Iceland nodded his head over towards the door where you walked into the restaurant. Finland shot out of his seat and waved over to you, grabbing your attention. You walked over in your beautifu

Awaking from your deep slumber, amber streaks of light slipping in through the brown blinds, you gazed sleepily at your digital clock by your bed. It read 11:37 AM, and on the calendar beside the clock, you found that it was finally a summer's Saturday. As it was a day with no school, work or worries, you decided it was the perfect day to be... well, lazy.
After lying around for a few minutes, listening to the sound of your thoughts and the calming chirps of the birds perching outside, you knew it was about time to get out of bed.
Throwing your thin blanket over to the other side, and stepping out of bed to stretch, you pulled up the blinds

Norway x Reader - Eydis
Norway and Iceland were sitting in Iceland's house in Reykjavik. They had just come back from walking around the city, and Norway was reading a book.
"Norway, why do I remember a faint memory of you talking to a girl with [hair length] [hair color] hair and [eye color] eyes? It makes no sense," Iceland said, addressing his older brother. Norway looked up from his book.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Norway replied, going back to his book. Iceland huffed in annoyance before leaving Norway to his book. Norway could no longer focus on his book. Even though he had lied to Iceland, the quick conversation had resurfaced an old me
